We are currently looking for an HR Executive who is self-motivated, has excellent English communication skills, can supervise all aspects of HR practices and relationships, and bring a positive impact to the company.

⭐ About You:  

1. You must have a minimum of 2 years+ experience in HR management, executive, and all related fields
2. You are an excellent spoken and written communicator who can easily and effectively work with internal team members as well as external partners, etc. 
3. You are willing to collaborate with the new and existing team members, and implement HR strategies to boost organizational performance
4. You are willing to take a leadership role, and seize any opportunity to make positive impacts, and are keen to improve current processes 
5. You are prepared to take important decisions and ensure nothing slips through the cracks

💡 Skills & Experience That You Must Have:  

• A minimum of 2-years experience working on HR Management or HR Executive, or in any similar designation
• Detailed knowledge of HR systems, strategies, policies, and databases
• Outstanding English speaking and writing skills that help you communicate with anyone at all levels of the organization
• Analytical skills that assist in making important decisions that will positively impact the company
• Ability to use your excellent detail-oriented organizational skills to ensure nothing slips through the cracks

• Implement proper HR policies and programs required by the company in a positive and friendly manner 
• Draft & update necessary HR-related documents such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, policies, etc.  
• Manage the onboarding process for new members and assist in screening candidates with resume shortlisting
• Communicate with both internal and external teams with good English speaking & writing skills 
• Always keep a positive and proactive attitude to work independently and as part of a team
• Have to smartly and confidently represent the company as well as yourself
• Value people/team more than the rules.
