Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Executive to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across our company of 150+ employees. The ideal candidate will have expertise in networking, system administration, IT support, and security while efficiently troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Job Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in CSE, ETE, ECE, EEE, IT, or any related field. If you don’t have a related degree but have the required skills, we highly encourage you to apply.
• Experience: 1-2 years in IT support, networking, and system administration in a 150+ employee environment.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure setup & configuration, router & access points configuration, load balancing and IT troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with networking devices (e.g. Routers, Switches, Access Points), VPNs, and firewalls.
• Nice to have hands-on experience with managing Ubiquiti devices.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and Google Workspace (G-Suite).
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and remote IT issues.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and ensure IT efficiency.
• The candidate must be a team player who can collaborate effectively and work well with others.
• Preferred: CCNA, CCNP, or relevant IT certifications.

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices (Cisco routers, switches, firewalls) and network services (routing, switching, VPN) for LAN & WAN.
• Manage and optimize Wi-Fi networks for multi-storied buildings, ensuring strong security and connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, firewall, and system availability, implementing failsafe systems for internet and power outages.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows & Linux servers, desktops, and laptops, including software, antivirus, and security patches.
• Provide technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues (onsite & remote).
• Maintain and manage CCTV, attendance systems, printers, intercoms, and IT assets.
• Ensure network security compliance, implement recovery plans, and safeguard company data.
• Document IT processes, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors for infrastructure improvements.
• Develop and manage the IT budget while evaluating new technologies for efficiency.
