A Journey to Growth: What Was the Idea Behind BetterDocs?

Back in 2019, we created BetterDocs with a few features that a good knowledge base should have. Within this journey of 5.5 years, with many features and growth opportunities, we have achieved 40,000+ happy users and strive to achieve more. 

Initially, the idea was to help our WordPress users with customer support. A well-maintained documentation management system is important to make the customer support process more manageable and smoother. With this idea, BetterDocs initially set out to create a sticky Table of contents, preexisting streamlined templates, etc. 

Later on, we thought about how we could take this knowledge base to a whole new level by adding different customization options and trendy features. So we listened to our users and tried to understand their needs.

Our main goal is to be the one-stop solution for document management for our WordPress users. So, we are trying and working every day with your support to make this knowledge base plugin better. 

How Did Growth Happen Over the Years?

First, the main goal was to make the support system easy. As a result, we started BetterDocs by creating only documents with customization options. But then we thrive with the users with a lot of amazing features. 

Hitting 10,000+ users was one of our significant achievements. Because in less than one year, we have hit 10,000 happy users, a notable achievement in terms of a documentation plugin.
